Our cuisine is primarily inspired by the territory of the Val di Noto, brimming with culture, art, history, and a substantial gastronomic tradition.
The menu boasts a mix of dishes inspired by classic Sicilian recipes, from the simplest and most humble foods to elaborate entrèes, original creations, and interpretations of dishes from other cultures. All the ingredients are hand picked from what the surrounding area has to offer: whether it be flour, meat, fish, or dairy, they all show authentic flavours of Sicily.
